Formula Marine Tech are a fully mobile outboard and sterndrive service provider. We come to you - saving you the expense and hassle of travelling.

We are a 100% Tasmanian owned and operated family business, with over 27 years experience in the marine industry. We service statewide, we can come to you wherever you are! Areas we service include Hobart, the East Coast, including Orford, Swansea and Coles Bay, the West Coast, the Midlands, the Tasman Peninsula, Bruny Island, and Dover.

With an emphasis on a high standard of quality workmanship - we come to you for the fitting and removal of new and old outboards, sterndrive inboard engines and drives.

Our experienced team service and repair most makes and models of outboards and sterndrives. We also fit electrical equipment to boats including sounders, pot haulers, anchor winches, trim tabs, hydraulic and cable steering systems.

We are Southern Tasmania’s exclusive, fully qualified Honda Master Technician. We even conduct basic trailer repairs, including brakes, wheel bearings and lights.
